Ready to go???

 What does ready to go mean? To me being a simple guy, i would think that means everything is ready. All the bugs are worked out. Everything is tested and in working order.
 Apparently Host Group here in Pattaya has a different version of that meaning. According to them it means give us the balance you owe us and we will continue to try to make your website functional.
 I have seen other products they have created and they are quite nice, far nicer than what they have created for us. If i have mis communicated a few things to them i do apologise. I thought having done 20+ sites similar to what i have ordered they would use their professionalism and experience to create a nice product.  Again probably my bad in presuming they would know what to do.  
 On the other hand i have given them a few new orignal ideas to create which they did deliver on, these will be use able functions that everyone in their network will benefit from. I have paid for these ideas to be implemented and developed.
 I have paid in full for a fully operational website that is still having the bugs worked out, unable to handle new clients and embarrassing us here at Pattaya Realestate Market.
 We will be here for the long haul. Even if we need to pursue legal action, and take our business to another developer, we will continue to be here for those that have trusted us with their business.

Busy Day!

It is has been a very busy mornig so far. We now have Khun Sa added as admin for us on Facebook, she will be handling the entire Thai side of things.
We have also been training up a new staff member. We have gotten alot of support from friends on Facebook so would like to thank them very much.

We all love Mondays!!

Well here it is Monday afternoon already, seems like it was just Friday afternoon a few hours ago. If you have been following our blog so far you will have seen many of the issues we have had with our web designer. That withstanding... blogs, social networking, and all the article writing are going well.
We are currently in talks with one local major developer working out an exclusive deal. Also in the works is securing the advertising for a major international agent who specialises through out Asia, drawing a huge amount of regional traffic to Pattaya. To say we have had a tough week at Pattaya Real Estate Market is an understatement to say the least. We have had nothing but problems with our website. The website was built for us by Host Group here in Pattaya Thailand on soi Day Night 2. Not only were they 2 weeks late in delivery, told us they were ready for us to take delivery and in truth were not even 50% of the way complete. There were major issues, bugs, things not working right and pages not even in English but in Norwegian.

We are doing our best at the moment to get them to resolve many major issues. In the mean time we are also considering cancelling our site, working out some sort of refund and taking our business elsewhere. If anyone knows a good website development company please e mail me at brian7seas@yahoo.com. 

We sincerely apologize to anyone who visited our site and encountered problems; we have been very embarrassed by what Host Group has delivered. My recommendation to anyone looking to get a website built here in Pattaya is avoid this company!

We ran into a few minor glitches

We at Pattaya Real Estate market would like to apologise to anyone that has been trying to register with us. We have encountered a few glitches in the software. We were told when we took delivery of the site that everything was ready for our launch.  It is a bit embarrassing to say the least but we hope to have all the bugs that were supposed to be fixed sorted by tomorrow at the latest. A great first day!

We had a busy, but great first day today. Our front page is looking better after day one than we thought it would have. Our soft opening over the weekend was well worth it as we got a few last minute bugs worked out and were ready to handle today. We put 5 houses for sale, and 2 houses for rent. We listed a condo both for sale and rent as well as 2 very nice pieces of land. We also were also fortunate enough to get a guest house as well as two restaurants to begin supporting our local business classified section.
